About Elaine
I am an experienced Guitar tutor with 7 years of teaching experience, helping students from school, college, and professional backgrounds build strong musical skills. My teaching approach is simple, flexible, and student-focused.
I start with the basics like chords, strumming patterns, and finger exercises, and gradually move to advanced techniques based on the student’s progress. I make sure every concept is clearly understood before progressing.
Along with Guitar, I also teach music theory, rhythm training, ear training, and song practice. These subjects help students improve their musical knowledge and confidence. I am patient and supportive, and I create a comfortable learning environment. My goal is to make learning guitar simple, effective, and enjoyable.

I teach Guitar using a method based on Communication, Creativity, and Flexibility to ensure students learn effectively and enjoy the process.
Communication is very important in my teaching. I explain each lesson clearly and make sure students understand before moving forward. I encourage questions and regular interaction to build confidence.
Creativity makes learning fun. I include different songs, styles, and activities to keep students engaged. I also encourage students to experiment and develop their own musical ideas.
Flexibility helps me adjust lessons according to each student’s ability and pace. I understand that every student is different, so I customise lessons to match their learning style.
Along with Guitar, I also teach related subjects such as basic music theory, rhythm, chord progressions, and listening skills. These areas support better understanding and playing.
My aim is to create a friendly and supportive environment where students can learn comfortably and improve steadily.
