I'm a professional filmmaker and writer. I've been tutoring for eight years now, including five years specialising on college applications.

Like to engage humour and unconventional texts into my approach, to help students gain enthusiasm around analysing texts. Frankly, a lot of english is taught very dryly. Language is a code I help students unravel, from commercials and articles, to plays and novels.
Structuring essays is a crucial part of the game. With a few simple tricks you can frame any argument in a cohesive, thoughtful way and really express what you want to put down with some flair.
