About Adam
I have a substantial amount of experience teaching young people. I've taught drama and stage combat to children from age 7 and 15 and have been frequently trusted as a chaperone during performances. I also have experience teaching karate to children and adults.
I've decided to offer personal tuition after helping my brother through his English GCSE with great success. By giving his work the time and attention his teachers would not, he was able to meet his target of an A grade.

I offer one-to-one guidance in all aspects of English from KS3 up to A-Level, including course content, exam techniques, essay writing, and revision. My pedagogy is inspired by the teaching I receive at the University of Oxford. Each lesson begins with a short, informal discussion of last session's work that allows the student to consolidate their ideas and the tutor to provide feedback and guidance.
