About Andreea
I graduated part 1 last summer, and have been working in a small practice ever since. Throughout my uni years I’ve mentored young fellow students, and I had 3 mentees since I finished uni. I also took part in a two days workshop at university of Kent as a critic.

How I like to approach the design issues when it comes to mentoring is by allowing the mentee to fully explain what they have been thinking, why they may feel stuck or what they think could be improved. Then I ask them questions to get them thinking about different things they might’ve not considered before. And then, after we reach the result that makes us happy, I may give a small, or long, depending on the case, list of what needs to be done in order to get to where the mentee wants to get to.
