I am a part time chef, living in the United Kingdom. I hold over ten years experience, trained in several areas of the culinary arts. I teach methods, theory, food art, as well as the technology and science behind food.

About the lesson

My teaching method ranges from theory to practical. Each lesson will include the method to the recipe, the technology of the ingredients, and the practicality of making and completing the recipe. I base my classes on communication, creativity and transparency.
