Understanding each child’s strengths and weaknesses is integral to helping them achieve their best. This would be identified by speaking to them and doing a baseline test. From there each lesson would address any issues they may have and offer detailed explanations pursuant to their exams. This learning would be consolidated with worksheets and exam questions where they would have a further opportunity to apply their learning and gain support.
