• 1) When did you develop an interest in your chosen field and in private tutoring?

  I got into Physics because I just loved messing around with Formulae. I even dreamt of them. Then, I started helping out friends with it, and boom! I realized I enjoyed teaching it too.

• 2) Tell us more about the subject you teach, the topics you like to discuss with students (and possibly those you like a little less).

  So, I teach Physics, Math and urdu, which is awesome because we get to dive deep into stuff like theory practicals formulae and problem Solving. I totally geek out over Mechanics, but I'll admit, some bits like relativity can be a bit of a brain teaser for me to explain.

• 3) Did you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you?

  I had this one teacher, Mam Ismat, she was just the coolest. She made learning fun and really cared about us. She is the reason I got into teaching in the first place.

• 4) What do you think are the qualities required to be a good tutor?

  Well, you gotta have patience. Plus, being able to explain things in different ways and being cool with answering a lot of questions. Oh, and definitely being a good listener too.

• 5) Provide a valuable anecdote related to your subject or your days at school.

  Back in school, I remember this when i was new to Physics and it was my least favorite subject. But now its totally different. And for this, credit goes to my kind and loving teachers.

• 6) What were the difficulties or challenges you faced or still facing in your subject?

  Some branches of Physics, can be real head-scratchers. Like, trying to explain relativity and space can feel like speaking a whole different language sometimes.

• 7) Do you have a particular passion? Is it teaching in general or an element of the subject or something completely different?

  Teaching is my jam, especially when it's about concept building and problem solving. But outside of that, I'm all about learning new language and to keep myself updated with technology that is why i did my PGD in IT to Keeps things interesting!

• 8) What makes you a Superprof (besides answering this interview questions :-P)?

  Well, besides being super chill and all, I'm all about making learning fun and actually getting stuff to stick. Plus, I'm always trying out new tricks and tips to help my students crush it in.
