I am a student.I give private yoga classes part-time. I have completed my Hatha yoga teacher training from bodhi yoga training academy. I have been practicing yoga since 10 years old. I'm truly passionate about teaching yoga. I have been instructing beginners.

I teach yoga which includes asanas(postures) , pranayama(breathing exercises), surya namaskaras (sun salutations), Meditation and relaxation techniques. I teach yoga to help students boost their immunity, improve their flexibility, lose weight , develop focus and concentration and stress relief. I go with clear instructions. I maintain student friendly atmosphere in the class.
