About Anastasia
I have no experience in tutoring as such, apart from helping my friends younger siblings. However, I am DBS certified in teaching English as a foreign language to children in primary schools in Asia; thus I am TEFL qualified. Teaching English abroad taught me how to handle different levels of learning as well as teaching me the importance of helping younger people with their learning. Furthermore, I have been a senior mentor two years running for a government program in which I guided young people in social skills and team building. This role was very important to me as I was in charge of 12 young people for 18 days; it taught me responsibility and also made me realise I enjoy working with young people in an educational setting.

Hi I am Annie, I am in my last year at university studying English. I would love to use my passion for reading to help young students in the Bristol area. I have chosen to be a tutor in order to help confidence building in the subject as I believe English is becoming more complicated for students of GCSE and A level. I offer fun tutoring online or at home; I have my own car so travelling to students homes is not a problem. I offer honest guidance and tutoring to students who struggle with reading, creative writing, argument constructing and comprehension. I can also offer support with oral presentations as these are becoming more and more common in education.
