About Abood
Im Abdelrahman (Abood), an Egyptian student studying Bachelor of Sports Science & Management in Universiti Malaya. I have been playing organized football ever since i was 6 years old, academies in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Kuala Lumpur. Fitness and sport has always been a passion for me and therefore i aim to revolve my life around it.
I have played in semi-professional teams, and offered international trials, although i could not continue due to major injuries, and hence my newfound passion for coaching.
I have been coaching for years now, leading big groups in academies of ages 6-16. I've conducted complex sessions of building team chemistry and individual ability.
My fitness experience unfortunately comes my many list of serious injuries, going through the recovery process multiple times made me more aware of causes, prevention and rehabilitation process. It is also what i study in university.

The personalized lessons will be taught based on the level of the student and their desired goal, from small sided games to freestyle moves and even basic fundamentals. I will provide you with support and follow up check ins to ensure you are the player you wish to become, as well as introducing a well rounded mental approach to learning.
