About Horacio
With more than 20 years of experience, I have helped hundreds of college students to achieve their goals, from a beginning level to a more advanced level of competence. Some of them took individual classes online with me. In the Piece Corps, I was the Spanish Coordinator of a small group of teachers to train different groups of American students to become Peace Corps Volunteers in Dominican Republic.

I have a PhD in Spanish Language and Literature from State University of New York at Albany. I have taught for the Peace Corps in Dominican Republic, for Northfield Mount Hermon School, Houghton College and Pisgah High School. Considering that each student has his/her own learning style, I like to start building upon the student specific strengths, and best fit the student needs, while exploring his/her specific level.
