About Ruby
Hi, I'm Ruby! I've just finished my A-Levels and I'm on a gap year travelling before university. I love literature, and I enjoy helping students see that essays aren't scary once you know what examiners want. I remember exactly what it's like to revise for these exams, so I keep lessons relaxed and encouraging. I'm very available, with flexible hours that fit around your timetable.

Having recently sat my exams I know exactly what examiners are looking for. Each lesson is built around your set texts and your exam board. We work on structuring clear essays, analysing quotes in depth and planning answers under time pressure. You'll get detailed feedback on your writing and practice questions between sessions, so you always know what to improve next. Whether you're aiming to move up a grade or build confidence from scratch, I tailor every session to you.
