About Richard
I am a scholar and teacher in the areas of Philosophy and Theology, with a Master's from Concordia and PhD from McGill University. I have been teaching undergraduates at Concordia and McGill since 2007, receiving very successful evaluations. I have also worked in the federal public service (House of Commons administration) and university administration.
