About Rhiannon
I’m an experienced administrator, trainer and transformation professional with more than 25 years’ experience across healthcare, charities and public services. Much of my career has involved helping people understand new systems, adapt to digital change and feel more confident using technology.
I know that computers can feel frustrating or intimidating when everyone else seems to assume you already know what to do. My approach is patient, friendly and completely jargon-free. I explain things clearly, break tasks into manageable steps and never mind going over something again.
I especially enjoy helping adults who want to become more independent and confident with everyday technology. My aim is for you to leave each lesson thinking, “Actually, I can do this.”

My lessons are designed for adults who want to feel more confident using a computer and everyday technology without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. We can cover Windows, email, internet browsing, online forms, video calls, files and folders, downloads, attachments and other everyday digital tasks.
Lessons are usually 60 minutes and are tailored to your pace, experience and goals. I’m patient, practical and happy to repeat anything as often as needed, with no jargon and no judgement.
