My Funda is simple make sure the kid understands everything and make him retain it. The part that most teachers forget . Simple explanation ,cleared concepts , regular tests . And a bit of reward based system catering to the child and his/her interests . I don't believe in rot learning .
As for personal trainer will make sure the person is motivated and even if he isn't he does the workouts . Special attention to forms and building up overall strength rather than only hitting prs .
