About Kyle

My name is Kyle Reddy. I currently reside in South Africa. I am not going to tell you that I've been passionate about this my entire life. However, growing up, genetically...I was what they call the runt of the litter. I was never the most secure about my body. About 8 years ago I started this fitness journey and never looked back, I enjoy it because it isn't just about going to the gym...It's more of a mindset...And I fell in love with this. If you had to ask me why, I would say this. That what you put in. Is exactly what you get in return. Now I can say this is my passion and my dream to enable others to see past limitations and stereotypes, as well as barriers to improvement such as cost and location.
