I have been a personal trainer for more than 5 years, with extensive experience in personalized customer service. I manage to make my clients aware of what exercise and health really are.
My classes are usually quite fun and I usually do different games or challenges with the aim of doing sports in a very enjoyable and fun way but always focused on obtaining the best results.
