My name is Gosia. I am a certificated and experienced level3 Personal Trainer.
I do sessions in the private gym in Hainault, also I can come to clients' places (Ilford, Redbridge), and provide online service.

My name is Gosia. I'm 34 yo. I've been working as a PT for over 2 years. I got L3 in Personal Training and L2 as a Fitness Instructor. A healthy lifestyle is my passion for over 8 years now. I train at the gym and occasionally run in races. The last one was Hackney Half in 2021.
