About Ireneo
I am a Graduate in Science of Physical Activity and Sports with the title of Senior Swimming Trainer, among other degrees such as Personal Trainer.
Currently, I work with the FEDC and I am dedicated to conducting training sessions for athletes of different levels, opponents and people seeking to improve technique, as well as planning strength training and fat loss.
