About Nerd
I'm a kickboxing and boxing practitioner and competitor who achieved happiness and self-preservation trough hard-work and dedication. I want to help my future students as best as I possibly can with the right guidance and discipline. Strong and confident body leads to a strong mindset.

I do some pads training, sparring, technique training, power striking training, stamina, footwork, defensive mechanism, reaction and wrestling basics.
If you are interested in languages I also teach English,Portuguese and Spanish as I am a native speaker and I have studied in the UK for more than 5 years.
