About Ashleigh

As a psychology student and certified yoga teacher trained in Colombia, I've spent over seven years travelling the world on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth.

My journey has fuelled a passion for nurturing both physical and mental well-being in myself, and helping others do the same.

My teaching style is friendly and relaxed. I want this to be a fun journey for both of us!

About the lesson

learn the effects of meditation on the brain and body, along with developing your spiritual Insite.

Drawing from my academic background in psychology and my experiences studying under spiritual mentors, I craft a personalized meditation plan tailored to your goals.

According to your interests, we can delve into pure science, pure spirituality, or a mix of both. Each week we can explore a new meditation and breathwork technique during our live lessons, and you will receive a custom made pre-recorded meditation to practice throughout the week.
