I am Nimeshika! A mother of 7-year-old daughter. A cyclist. A former software-automation engineer.
A certified YOGA teacher by passion ️ Because I truly believe that yoga is a practical manual for the human mind and body. It isn’t just about flexibility or fitness; it’s an instruction guide on how to navigate our physical vehicle and calm our thoughts.
