About Carly
I hold the highest designation with Yoga Alliance as an experienced and trained teacher E-500RYT, I have also completed 1000 hrs with IAYT and work as a yoga therapist—addressing therapeutic needs. If you are recovering from an injury, have chronic pain, or experience any number of conditions from IBS, to Parkinson's, to high blood pressure or anything else, I am trained to work with you as an IAYT yoga therapist.
