About Julian
Hello! I am a Pharmacological Chemistry major and Biology Minor at UCSD with the plan to apply to medical school after graduating. I am strong in all subjects and more importantly in the skills and study techniques that allowed me to achieve a 4.44 GPA in the top 5% of my high-school class and a current 3.92 GPA at UCSD.
I have close to three years of tutoring experience starting from high school as a Violin peer tutor. I now currently tutor middle school through college in a broad range of subjects.

In short, a student's time with me should develop their thinking and problem-solving skills to become a high-achieving independent learner.
In any subject I teach, my approach is to have the student develop a base understanding of the subject and then apply this base understanding to problem-solving.
Students can choose to work with me in any subject including but not limited to Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biology, and English Writing. Typically, students will bring classwork they are struggling with or the date and content of their next test (which I will then help them study for).
