About Anna
My name is Anna and I have just completed my pharmacology degree and am considering a career as a secondary school science teacher and thus am looking to gain some experience. I am a keen runner and have tutored previously, I have also worked in a nursery and have lots of experience working with young children.

I believe that active engagement is key to academic success. Each student will find different materials engaging and learning should be individualised to produce the best outcome. Many people find science particularly challenging and I feel it is very important that anyone I teach never feels like they can’t ask a question or feels stupid for not understanding the concept first time round.
