About Teresa
I have managed small and large groups in banking and multiple-dwelling real estate. I taught Mathematics, Business Communications, and Diversity in the Workplace courses as an adjunct teacher for a small technical college. I taught English as a Second Language to adults in China. I have earned my PhD in Organizational Psychology and can teach business, English and communications, diversity training, and various topics related to research methodology.

My teaching methodology employs the constructive approach to learning. The student's ability to learn is based on his or her worldview. This method calls for both student and instructor understanding of a subject so that each brings their own subjective representation of reality.
