From High School and Collegiate band, to Marching band, to solo performance, to accompanying soloists, choirs, and congregations, James has a wide variety of musical performance expertise. He has experience in a wide variety of different instruments, including piano, oboe, English horn, trumpet, organ, flute, and mallet percussion.

James is a lifetime musician with two decades of experience in several instruments across the woodwind, brass, and keyboard musical families.
James is primarily trained in Classical techniques but has some experience with jazz and contemporary music styles, particularly in piano. His approach focuses on music theory and application through your students chosen instrument.
James offers lessons for the following instruments and corresponding skill levels.
