About Georgia

Hello and welcome! It is a pleasure to meet you virtually. If you are looking for a unique and fun workout experience you have come to the right place. I have taught Yoga, Pilates, Reformer and BARRE since 2020. I have experience delivering for high-end studios, luxury gym brands, London-based corporations as well as community settings, local authorities and the NHS (patients and staff). If you’re ready to feel your best, grab your water and meet me on the mat!

About the lesson

I use my intuition and years of experience to design each class. Together we will work from your starting point with the aim of achieving your personal best. Every class will challenge you to go a bit deeper, which in turn will create measurable and paced progress.
