About Beatrix
Naturally bilingual in English and French, I developed my love and knowledge of languages growing up. Now proficient in Spanish at C level, in addition to my knowledge of Turkish, Polish and German.
With this knowledge, and this learning, I discovered techniques and ways to more easily learn languages.
Joining a Spanish/Portuguese-Turkish LLCER in September, languages are a real passion for me. I have had the opportunity in the past to teach languages, in different contexts and each time, helping to improve the linguistic level of a student has made me very happy. It is a huge pleasure for me to share my knowledge and my love for linguistics by teaching it. I hope you will give me this opportunity too!

Having an in-depth knowledge of linguistics, I have the ability to develop memorization or easy comprehension techniques to learn languages.
During a typical follow-up, the first lesson helps me analyze where the student's gaps are. From the start, oral expression is an important pillar that I put in place with my students in order to help them progress and make them more comfortable during oral presentations, etc. One of my principles is to create a patient, non-judgmental and attentive environment to welcome the student during their learning.
We also see the written exercises when necessary (whether the student expresses the desire/need and/or when gaps in the writing are noticed) and I am available to answer any grammar questions and explain any incomprehension.
I already have a lot of experience in this field, having taught English to children aged 5 to 10, but also Spanish and English to middle school students and high school students and adults. Thus, my classes are open to students of all ages!
I can’t wait to have the opportunity to teach again!
