Learning is not 100% listening and taking notes. We can't retain the read information more than few days, the auditory information for more than few weeks, the visual information for more than a few months, but if we learn by doing the things the retention period is in years. Thus I have devised my classes to not just be boring theory but also practical sessions to enhance learning. Also, I can use English or Hindi to make sure the point is conveyed to the students.
