About Mariana
My name is Mariana, originally from Brazil. I am deeply in love with nutrition, specially in the sports field, and have been since my freshman year at the Uni. I am fascinated how food and how we manage nutrition can make such a difference in athletes’ performances. Can you imagine that our job, whatever we tell our athletes to do, can make them, for example, win a Gold medal at the Olympics? It is a huge responsibility to work with their health, their careers, therefore we have to be very diligent in our job. Knowledge is never enough.
