About Abbie
I enjoyed Biology throughout my stages at school and even though it can be difficult, I found it interesting and decided to pursue the subject post-school. It was the topics such as transport in animals and respiration that made me want to do my degree and pursue it as a masters degree. I believe I can make lessons enjoyable and try to simplify the subject for the student whilst adapting to fit what the student struggles with.

I'm Abbie. I am an 22 year old postgraduate masters student studying Cardiovascular Health and Disease at the University of Leeds after completing my undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science at the University of York. I achieved an A* in my A level in Biology. I provide secondary stage, GCSE and A Level (OCR) Biology tutoring. I am here to make the many pages on content easier to retain and help answer those exam questions along with support getting the best grade. I am currently a part time student to allow myself time to earn in order to support my studies so I can be flexible around people's schedules.

She has helped me with the topics I really struggled with and helped me with general advice for all my subjects as well. She was flexible and could meet around my schedule
It shows when she’s teaching that she enjoys it and always helped break things down that I wasn’t understanding
