About Grace
I am a Postgraduate from the University of Sussex with an English Literature and Film Studies degree. I am working towards my PGCE in September and have had five years of experience in teaching swimming and within the classroom. I have worked in a state school assisting teachers and delivering English Intervention classes for SEND pupils.

I believe that teaching is not entirely to teach, but more of a playground containing limitless ideas and interesting conversations. From my experience, I have witnessed first-hand that 'telling' or 'lecturing' is not the most efficient way if one wants to learn. Therefore, my teaching style is more of stripping back to basics to progressively building on what we already know. I like to believe that I offer a safe space when I teach, there is never any right or wrong answer.
