About Judit

I am Judit, a professor of power yoga. I am a qualified teacher in Hatha Yoga (Dynamic Yoga), Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. I love to mix these three variants of yoga in my classes, to give dynamism, variety and propose challenges constantly to my students. I encourage you to try a class and see how you hook!

About the lesson

Through very intense Yoga sequences, we will bring warmth to our body to get in shape and burn fats and stress. Each class will consist of an hour and a half of active, non-static yoga, and we will engage in strength, balance, stability and concentration. We will dominate our body and our mind to be better with ourselves.

María es una alumna genial, súper entregada y dispuesta. A pesar de no tener ningún contacto con el yoga anteriormente, se ha adaptado muy bien a las secuencias y día tras día nota los avances y las mejoras a nivel físico y mental. Está contenta con el trabajo puesto que hemos ampliado a dos cases por semana! Muy orgullosa de esta super mujer!

Judit siempre tiene algo nuevo que enseñarte o que aportar, me gusta porque a parte de la clase práctica,
también te explica la razón de muchos de los ejercicios y eso ayuda a tomar conciencia de lo que vas aprendiendo.

Es positiva, proactiva, sabe ayudar y sabe explicarse a la perfección, siempre está pendiente de tus ejercicios y te corrige siempre que haga falta de manera constructiva.
