About Shankari
I am a Queen Mary University of London graduate and a practising Litigation Lawyer with a passion for academic excellence and leadership. My educational journey across prestigious institutions like Yale University and IIM Ahmedabad has equipped me with a unique blend of analytical rigour and global perspective.
With a Master’s degree from London and a background in high-stakes legal drafting and research, I bring a level of professional expertise to tutoring that goes beyond textbooks. Whether I am simplifying KS2/KS3 Science, coaching students for 11+ Entrance Exams, or teaching GCSE/University Law, my focus is always on logic, clarity, and results.
As a Toastmasters Advanced Communicator Gold, I also specialise in Oratory and Public Speaking. I believe that communication is the key to success, and I integrate confidence-building techniques into all my subjects.
My teaching style is patient, interactive, and highly structured. Having transitioned my practice to the UK, I am currently offering a special introductory rate to build a community of successful students here in London. I look forward to helping you or your child achieve your academic goals

"I am a Queen Mary University of London graduate with a strong analytical background. While I am a practising Litigation Lawyer, my passion for Science stems from my academic foundation and a deep interest in how the world works.
Having achieved certifications from Yale University and IIM Ahmedabad, I bring a high level of discipline and clarity to my teaching. I believe that Science is the language of logic—the same logic I use in the courtroom. My goal is to simplify complex scientific concepts for KS2 and KS3 students, making Biology, Chemistry, and Physics not just easy to learn, but genuinely exciting.
As an Advanced Communicator Gold (Toastmasters), I ensure that my lessons are engaging, interactive, and tailored to each student's unique learning style. I don't just help students pass exams; I help them develop a scientific temper and a love for learning."

Shankari is a dedicated and trustworthy science educator who explains complex concepts with clarity and patience.I know her through academic interactions where she consistently demonstrated strong subject knowledge and a learner-first approach. One experience that stood out was her explanation of photosynthesis and energy transfer using simple, relatable analogies which made the topic easy to grasp. She is calm, encouraging and adapts her teaching style to the student’s pace, building confidence naturally.I highly recommend Shankari to students seeking clear explanations, conceptual understanding, and a supportive learning environment that inspires curiosity and trust.
Shankari ma'am is a great teacher. She explains things with so much clarity in lucid language. She perfected the concepts very well . I highly recommend her as science tutor.
