About Kristan
I am a yoga teacher with training in prenatal yoga. I undertook an 85 hour yoga teacher training course spring 2018. I was pregnant during the training so I have first hand experience of prenatal yoga! I gave birth to my daughter in August 2018 so I also have personal experience with postnatal yoga.

I teach with a relaxed, calm approach. Students are able to move with their intuition, following my guidance and cues. I teach both relaxing and energizing classes/yin and vinyasa. I teach according to the energy I feel. No set postures.
