About Mïtchełł
Great experience working with young people through various organisations. BA Primary Education with literacy. Trained Boys Brigade officer and director of Bright Lights Academy, youth theatre organisation. Skilled in the area of performing arts with a range of experience producing, directing, musically directing and performing in productions. I can sight read music and play several musical instruments including piano, guitar and drums. I am confident when leading drama based activities and have great experience producing and directing productions including musicals, sketch shows and pantomimes.

I have always demonstrated a passion for teaching young people and achieve a sense of accomplishment when I make a difference in a young person's life. I look to provide great encouragement and assistance when required and understand the importance of creating a safe, happy environment for young people to develop in. Providing children with the best experiences throughout their learning will ensure they maintain a positive attitude towards this throughout their lives. It is important that a young person has positive experiences with music and enjoys using their instrument as this will inspire them to achieve success. This is exactly how I teach music, with a transformational approach.
