About Aga
Hi.
My name is Aga. I am originally from Poland but gained all my qualifications and experience in the UK.
I have a BA degree in Childhood Studies with Special Educational Needs specialism. I am currently studying with St Mary's University to gain my MA in Education, after which I plan to gain PhD in Education specialising in developing programmes for students with EAL.
I worked as a cover teacher for the past 6 years, which gave me a great opportunity to gain experience in various age groups from EYFS to Y6 (age 4 to 11).
I currently teach in Y5. I specialise in Primary school subjects which include Phonics (I can adapt to the scheme your child's school uses), English and Maths.
Mental health and personal wellbeing are very important for me, hence when tutoring I always ensure to create a positive and engaging atmosphere.
