About Miko
Swimming is one of the most beneficial activities for your cardiovascular health. I want to others to be able to swim and also be able to enjoy this activity. Learning at a young age is particularly beneficial as the body is still developing, however it is never too late to learn!
My formal qualifications include a degree in Health Science and a postgraduate diploma in Psychology. I am currently studying to become a registered Occupational Therapist.

With 4 years of formal teaching experience, I am able to proficiently teach beginners to intermediate swimmers. My specialty is teaching children who are learning to swim for the first time and want to become competent. I am also confident in teaching adults swimming for the first time.
