All of my lessons are catered towards your individual unique preferences, abilities, and weaknesses. I will teach you the fundamentals of dance, but I will also make it fun for you and adjust to your desire. A typical lesson would include warm-up and stretch to prevent injuries, a couple exercises on musicality and brain training, and a choreography.
