About Julie
Hi, I’m Julie aka Uma (my spiritual name given to me by my guide in India).
I found yoga or yoga found me - whichever way you want to see it - in my mid-twenties. It slowly changed my whole perspective and life for the better. I am hoping to spread the joy and word about the Yogic path as part of a healthy lifestyle.
