About Siobhan
Practising yoga since the age of 12, I have a profound interest in health and wellbeing. I believe that yoga is the key to a balanced mind and a balanced body. With a background in acting and theatre, I am passionate about having a creative, inspiring, uplifting practise. I have my 200 YTT cert and I am registered with the Yoga Alliance. To me yoga is a way to curate the most smooth and balanced way of living, through exercise, your outlook, your breath and your way of eating.

I base my classes on your body’s current state and your physical and mental goals. I also bring into consideration your routine, the time of year, and the astrological setting. I believe in the typical Hatha philosophy that yoga should be calming, and counterbalance your lifestyle.
