About Amy
I’m a professional actor and playwright who trained at The Lir Academy. I’ve been teaching group classes and 1-1’s since 2012 and I find working with people on their acting craft hugely rewarding. It’s a lovely way to stay connected to the work in between acting jobs and I really enjoy finding a monologue or scene that really suits someone, discussing process or different techniques and watching them go from strength to strength.

I’ll spend some time getting to know you and learning what you want to get out of sessions before we make a plan together. Once we know what you’re aiming for, I’ll keep adapting sessions to what approaches suit you best! Everything will be tailored to you as an individual: your goals, what you enjoy and where you need to grow. Maybe you want to work technically on your body and voice. Maybe you want to get your head around playing Shakespeare. Maybe you just want to have some fun and work on some monologues or scenes to get some notes and practice your skills, or build your confidence. Let’s have a chat and see if we’d enjoy working together :)
