About Tonya
I am a graduate of American Public University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. Graduate student with a Master's In Business Administration and Healthcare Management concentration. I have been teaching for 14 yrs with a combination of online and offline in brick-and-mortar schools. I teach a variety of subjects t K-12 students
I teach adults as well. Test prep for TEAS entry exams, Nursing, NCLEX, Business courses a host of other classes.

My teaching method is engaging, fun, and interesting. I love and enjoy seeing my student learn.
Typical Lesson consists of:
Subject: Beginner English learner
Objective:
Students will be introduced to Alphabets of language
The student will learn sounds and phonics of the alphabet
The student will be able to recognize letters and sounds after reviewing with the tutor
Progress: The student will attend a regular assigned session with a tutor for X amount of weeks. The tutor will give student feedback constructively and areas of improvement needed on a weekly basis.
Activity: Activities will vary from interactive to listening and speaking learning activities that will allow the student to learn. The tutor will use the 3R method.
Wrap-up: The tutor will conclude the session with s reviewing class materials and be open to any questions or concerns students might have.
