About Esme
I have trained in ballet, jazz, tap, modern and contemporary from the age of 3. At the age of 16 I moved to London to study at Central School of Ballet from a small dance school. I graduated with a first degree and went on to work with Northern Ballet Company. I want to use my experience to inspire others. I understand how to prepare for auditions and what level is expected. I also just love ballet and want to share how fun it can be.

I believe that everyone can enjoy ballet. My emphasis is always on the joy of dance and how this can then be developed into creating a beautiful, unique and creative dancer who believes in there own abilities. Dancing can be a form of therapy and is a great way to express yourself while having fun, getting fit and building confidence. I teach with a focus on clean technique, building strength to avoid injuries, purity of line and a quality of movement which is individual to each dancer. I hope to make every person I teach feel special and help make there day better through the joy of movement.
