About Katherine
I am a professional ballet dancer at Roanoke Ballet Theatre and have found Pilates to greatly enhance my alignment in ballet. In 2022, I became certified in Pilates under Carrie Pages at Inbalance Pilates Studio, which has strengthened my overall body. Additionally, I find Pilates to be an excellent practice for injury prevention.

Pilates is for anyone and everyone! In my class, I consider individual fitness goals. Pilates can help with mobility and alignment by strengthening your overall muscles.
Classes will be 30-45 minutes
I like to begin my classes by warming up the body through breathwork. Then, I will proceed to warm up the spine with shoulder bridges. Next, we will go through exercises that target the core and alignment. Finally, I will have a cooldown, and I leave a couple of minutes for feedback.
