About Jesse
The role of a Personal Coach or Trainer is to bring to life the client’s vision. Our sessions are geared towards my clients’ wants. At times, I tend to point out strengths & weaknesses and bring it to the attention of the client so that they have a decision on what’s best for each session but, it is the responsibility of the player to decide how they want to play. I have a “relaxed” but strong way of communicating. I don’t believe in ‘prodding’ for an emotional response. Sadly, this is very much how players from where I am from, were taught basketball; one is most likely to miss the intricate details of a new skill and simply act to please and not to learn. I find alternative ways to motivate clients to keep going and/or stay focused.
