I'm a professional b-boy representing cultural crossroads 22 crew from underground hip-hop community representing Delhi.
Breakdancing is one of the four core elements of hip-hop along with graffiti, MC's and DJ's. I started doing breakdancing 6 years ago and teaching breakdancing from last 2 years.

There are four primary elements that form breakdancing. They are toprock, downrock, power moves, and freezes. Therefore, my methodology consists of going through each element one by one which is followed by some beginner and advanced level exercises which will help in building the strength of your muscles which is the basic requirement for breakdancing.
