Initially, I knew Anastasia from her TV-performances and eventually got to see her live on stage. She portrays her characters with such depth I feel like she's telling far more than the scripts tell her to. 

When we started our sessions together I was scared of what they would look like and what she might expect but I am more than glad to say that I never had to be. Anastasia is incredibly calm and caring, she always makes sure to ask whether I am okay with new exercises and never tries to pressure anything.

Personally, I never expected to really see any progress after only 4 sessions but thanks to her I do. Her encouragement and compliments also really help me to see that even if I am not completely pleased by my performance.

There is so much I could talk about here, like what kind of exercises she comes up with to make me see a different aspect or feel more connected and how easy it is to work with her, but I think this should give you a good idea of how much I enjoy our sessions.
