My teaching method is being very interactive. I personally feel that teaching is a two way plus a continuous and dynamic process, where the equal participation of both the teacher and student is needed . I approach my class by being a friend and a guide to my students,30℅ of my class is basically counselling, which I think is the most important parameters of a motivated and a good student. I prefer giving some good examples while approaching and explaining a topic.
